5’ x 10’ CNC plasma table with 85-amp plasma – able to cut up to ¾” thick with a sheet size of 5’ x 10’
160-ton hydraulic press brake
FMB fully automatic horizontal band saw – cuts material up to 10” in diameter, square and round
Hyd-Mech semi-automatic vertical band saw – cuts material up to 21” x 18” in diameter
Sixty-ton ironworker with assortment of punches and dies – shortens manufacturing time
Two 5’ x 10’ fixture tables with assorted tooling
Ercolina pipe bender – bends round, square, and rectangular shapes
Ercolina profile roll – rolls round, square, and rectangular shapes
Three overhead jib cranes – for efficient and safe material handling and assembly
