  • We cover the Valley. That means we go as far north as Deer Valley, and as far south as Tucson. Everything in-between, we’re happy to help. If your project is outside of these boundaries, we likely wouldn’t be able to help you. But, we might know someone who can if you’re interested in a referral.

  • Team members hold certifications across areas. These include: 3G and 4G SMAW Unlimited Thickness, 3G FCAW Unlimited Thickness, Forklift, Boom Lift, Rigging, Scissor, CPR/First Aid, and OSHA 10/30.

  • Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. Material pricing is guaranteed for 30 days after the project contract is issued.

  • Yes. All new hires complete our in-person, in-house safety training program run by Chris Pobstman and Brent Rasmussen. We continually reinforce safety in company-wide meetings and hold an annual safety refresher course that all leadership and employees are required to take.

  • Sunland Welding’s process overview guides all projects. Our eight-stage process establishes cross-department and role expectations in terms of project communications, customer interaction, software of record, and alignment to timelines.

    Stage 1: Project Bid Estimation

    Stage 2: Accounting & Legal

Stage 3: Submittal Development / Proposal Alignment

    Stages 4 - 7: Project Management Office

    Stage 8: Project Close Out

  • Our 10,000 sq. ft. shop is arranged for maximum efficiency across the manufacturing process. It houses a 5’ x 10’ CNC plasma table with 85 Amp plasma, allowing us to cut material up to ¾” thick with a sheet size of 5’ x 10’. Take a video tour of our shop and visit our capabilities page for a full view of our equipment and fleet.

  • Staircases, railings, awnings, bollards, and other similar items.

  • Our raw finish look is distinctive. Check out our portfolio to see examples across residential and commercial projects.

  • We focus on overcommunication throughout a project to minimize the chance that problems will happen. But, life is life. Things can change. When something goes off-plan, we reach out to talk through it with you. We’ll always present options, and work with you on the best way forward.

  • Pick us! We’re pretty great if we do say so ourselves. We work with mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, wood framers, and mason and concrete trades across the valley.

  • We will do up to two stories of steel framing. We go higher than two stories when it comes to miscellaneous metals.

  • Our current record is one beam on a house that measured in at over 70’ long and 20,000 lbs.

We have great relationships with local fabrication shops that can come in and assist with items that may be a little outside of our means.

  • You can reach out to us through Blue Book, Plan Hub, Building Connected, and Procore. Or, email or call us directly.

  • We focus on providing you competitive pricing from the start. Our proven process drives alignment across all areas of the project — administration, fabrication, field installation, and invoicing — meaning you’re always getting the best price we can give.
